I Gave Shatta Wale To Terry Bonchaka To Teach Him, Kay Smooth Alleges_ghnation.net
Kay Smooth, a music legend, has made some outrageous purported accusations against Ghanaian dancehall king Shatta Wale, which have caused quite a stir in the media. Kay Smooth tells how he helped shape Shatta Wale into the man he is today.
Last Saturday, Kay Smooth made this claim on Power FM’s Entertainment Show with Agyemang Prempeh. He revealed that Shatta was his school son at Winneba Secondary School, and that at one of their fun fairs, he presented Shatta Wale to late renowned singer Terry Bonchaka and pleaded with him to mentor him. He also revealed that he occasionally took Shatta to Terry’s place so that Wale could learn from Terry.
Kay Smooth went on to say that Shatta Wale had once invited him home and acknowledged to Pope Skinny, who was present at the time, that he (Kay Smooth) was the one who created him.
Below is a transcript of what he stated on Power Entertainment’s show.
