“Surely the Lord God does nothing unless He reveals His secret to His servants, the prophets. A lion has roared! Who will not fear? The Lord God has spoken! Who can do anything but prophesy?”
So certainly, the prophet shall only speak at the very moment after God Almighty has spoken. Why? Because God Almighty is the Word Himself, therefore He is that which He speaks of, and through His prophets and apostles, these messages get proclaimed to those whom He has set up for salvation.
